1. if turn off notifications, the top screen of the app will keep blinking. 2. I order a handcrafted drink but voucher cannot apply due to system cannot recognize I choose a handcrafted drink. 3. the promotion ads is misleading, it say top up at least or more than Rm 30, you get extra 20%. however is a joke, it give me a 20% discount voucher. I still like to choose ZUS but I get bad experiences with the apps

I'll give 0 stars if there is an option. The app has been glitching for at least 2 days where the keyboard doesn't pop up, can't search pickup locations and just useless. How can I order coffee if the app is not even working. Please fix it asap. Or inform your customers your app isn't working or a workaround to get coffee , it's giving a really bad impression. As I was impressed with it initially

Currently I'm experiencing phone glitching while open the Zus app ONLY. Don't know if there's any bugs on the app. I'm facing difficulties to order thru the app as it keeps glitching and it's hardly to see. I'm even uninstalled and installed back again the app but still facing this kind of problem. Is anyone zussie facing the problem same like me out there?Please fix it. Thank you for your help.
